본 연구에서는 교환 바이어스 특성을 갖는 MnIr/NiFe 박막의 자기장 각도 Ø_H에 따른 강자성 공명 자기장과 스핀파 공명 자
기장을 측정하여, 교환 뻣뻣함 상수 A_ex의 각도 의존성을 분석하였다. 자기장 각도 Ø_H에 따른 A_ex는 A_ex = A₀ + A_ebcosØ_H와 같이
비등방성 특성을 보였다. 등방성 특성을 갖는 교환 뻣뻣함 상수 A0는 NiFe 박막의 교환 뻣뻣함 상수 특성에 기인하며, 비등방성
특성을 갖는 교환 뻣뻣함 상수 A_eb는 교환 바이어스 자기장에 의한 특성으로 분석하였다.

The ferromagnetic resonance field and spin wave resonance field with in-plane angles Ø_H were measured in order to analyze the
angular dependence of exchange stiffness constant A_ex in exchange biased MnIr/NiFe thin film. The  A_ex of MnIr/NiFe thin film
showed an anisotropic behavior such as A_ex = A₀ + A_ebcosØ_H. The isotropic exchange stiffness constant A₀ was due to the exchange
stiffness constant of NiFe, while anisotropic exchange stiffness constant A_eb was due to the exchange bias field.
